Investigations into death confirms natural causes

LaGrange Police confirmed Friday that a man found dead Monday, had died of natural causes.


According to a LaGrange police report, Charlie Williams, Jr., 48, died from symptoms related to a heart condition.


In the an initial report, police responded to West Georgia Medical Center in reference to Williams who was found unresponsive and not breathing in his home on Belk Street. He was pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.


According to a report, Williams was found by family. An autopsy was performed at at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation crime lab in Atlanta.
