A man was arrested Friday after he made plans to kill a witness against him in a court case.
According to a Troup County Sheriff’s Office press release, investigators arrested Kenneth Eugene Cosper, 52, of LaGrange, after investigators learned he allegedly planned to abduct and kill a witness in a criminal court case in which he was involved.
