Bethany Lauren Tankersley and Carey Michael Shirah are set to wed on Saturday, March 19, 2016, at Three Oaks Farm in LaGrange.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Tankersley of LaGrange.

The groom’s parents are Ms. Janet Shirah of LaGrange and Dr. Mitchell Shirah of Roanoke, Alabama.

A series of parties in honor of the couple began with a Stock the Bar party on Jan. 30, hosted by Christy Noles and Travis Thornton at their home in Franklin.

A Bridal Brunch was hosted by Robyn Griffin and Tonya Meacham, aunts of the bride, on Feb. 20 at the Griffin home.

Friends of the couple, Jessica and Will Riddell, Cindy and James Thompson, and Heather and Chase Bowen hosted a His and Hers Couples Shower on Feb. 20 at the Riddell home.

A Mexican Fiesta was hosted by the bride’s brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joey Tankersley, and sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Hudson Keener, on Feb. 27 at the Tankersley home.

On March 12, Donna Brown and Suzi Goldston hosted a Bridesmaids Brunch at the Brown home.

The rehearsal dinner will be at the Carriage and Horses Restaurant in Pine Mountain on Friday evening hosted by Dr. Mitchell Shirah.
