J.D. “David” and Brenda Park of Greenville, South Carolina, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kara Yvonne Park of Greenville, to Joseph Joshua Garrison of Greenville, son of Gary and Vanessa Railey of LaGrange, and Eddie and Irene Garrison of Easley, South Carolina.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Peggy Park, and Joe and Nora Cox, all of Greenville. The groom-elect is the grandson of Myra Garrison of Greenville, Selby and Marie Nolen of LaGrange, and Roy and Colleen Thompson of Hogansville.

They are set to wed 6 p.m. June 27 at Lindsey Plantation in Taylors, South Carolina.
