Hills and Dales Estate hosts its 11th annual lecture, “Welcome Home George Washington,” featuring Dean Norton, director of horticulture at George Washington’s Mount Vernon Estate and gardens. A 6:30 p.m. is followed by the lecture at 7 p.m. Reservations are required at $10 per person; free for pass holders.

First Assembly of God, 1700 S. Davis Road in LaGrange, in LaGrange will host a meeting to inform people about good credit and introduce some practical steps to help improve at 6:15 p.m. Jerry Johnson of LaGrange First Realty and Tammy Cox of Heritage Bank Mortgage will be speakers.
