LaGRANGE — Burks Chapel United Methodist Church’s promotion ministry hosts a free health fair Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 855 Burkes Chapel Road.

The purpose of the health fair is to increase health awareness through education and prevention, states a letter from the ministry. It is provided as a service to the community, open to all adults and children.

Blood pressure and glucose screenings will be provided and information on lupus and diabetes also will be available.
