Man allegedly robbed at gunpoint

LaGRANGE — Investigators with the LaGrange Police Department are looking for two men who allegedly robbed another man at gunpoint outside Self Service Laundry, 426 S. Greenwood St., about 9:05 a.m. Friday.

The victim entered the laundromat when two men came up behind him, the victim told police. One of the suspects pointed a handgun at him and demanded money.

The two men took an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim and fled the area in a burgundy Nissan Altima, said investigators.

The first suspect was described as a young African-American male about 5-foot-8 with a medium build, short dreadlocks and wearing a white T-shirt and dark jeans. Investigators said the second suspect was a young African-American male about 5-foot-10 with a medium build, long dreadlocks and wearing a red, short-sleeve T-shirt and blue jeans.
