Investigation leads to 2 arrests for sales of cocaine

Two people were arrested on suspicion of sales of cocaine as part of an ongoing investigation.

Jacoby Futch, 29, of LaGrange and Ashleigh Jackson, 24, of LaGrange, were both arrested Friday at 11 Sanford Avenue after the LaGrange Police Department’s Special Investigations Unit, the Patrol Division and the Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant.

Futch and Jackson were charged with two counts of sale of cocaine, two counts of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, two counts of posses ion of a firearm by a convicted felon ,two counts of possession of firearm during a crime and two counts of theft by receiving stolen property.

At the time this warrant was served Futch and Jackson were in the residence and were arrested on outstanding warrants for sales of cocaine.
