The Junior Service League of LaGrange is currently accepting applications for the fall 2013 mini-grant cycle.

Community groups and non-profit organizations are encouraged to apply. Mini-grant applications should address an immediate and specific need in the community. The deadline for all applications is Oct. 1.

In the spring of 2013, the Junior Service League of LaGrange supported multiple local organizations through mini-grant funding. The Troup County “Teen Maze” was one of the recipients from the most recent funding cycle.

Teen Maze promotes awareness and urges students of Troup County to think about potential consequences of risky behavior and decisions based on various situations. Funds will be used to help provide student transportation to and from the activity being held Oct. 28 to Nov. 1 at the West Georgia Technical College’s Callaway Center.
