Several changes have been announced for Troup County Commission’s scheduled meetings for April.

The Commission will not meet for its regularly scheduled work session Friday or meeting Tuesday. Commission will instead meet April 8 in the first-floor Commission chambers at 9 a.m. County officials said the meeting changes were due to some commissioners being unable to attend the originally scheduled meetings.

Also, the work session scheduled for April 11 and meeting scheduled for April 15 are canceled. Officials said some commissioners will be attending an Association of County Commissioners of Georgia meeting, which will conflict with those dates.

The next scheduled work session for County Commission is May 2, followed by regular meeting May 6.
