An arrest has been made of a third suspect involved in an armed robbery that occured Tuesday night.
Manchester Police arrested Clentavious Smith, 17, of Manchester and charged him with robbery of a residence with a gun and aggravated assault with a gun on Wednesday night about 8:30 p.m.
“We were able to get his name through the investigation,” Lieutenant Dale Strickland of the LaGrange Police said.
“We located him and transferred his information to Manchester police who were able to arrest him.”
Smith was one of three suspects involved in the armed robbery that occured on Addie Street Tuesday night. The other two were arrested and charged the night of the incident.
• A woman reported that a thief entered her house while she was there asleep and stole a 42 inch flat screen TV valued at $499, a Wii game console valued at $499 and an unknown brand DVD player valued at $36 on the 100 block of Martin Luther King Court.The point of entry was believed to be the back door, according to reports.
• A man reported that a thief entered a residence and stole a 50 inch Samsung flat screen TV valued at $399 and a black case containing about 500 DVD’s valued at $700 on the 900 block of Hill Street. The point of entry was believed to be the basement door, according to reports.
• A man reported financial card fraud after he observed that someone had made two unknown transactions that were totaled at $420.
