FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Republican 3rd District Congressional Debate to be Held in Barnesville Barnesville, Georgia - June 3, 2012 The Lamar Republican Debate Committee has announced that all three candidates for the 3rd District US Congressional office now held by Representative Lynn Westmoreland have committed to participate in a debate to be held in Barnesville on July 3, 2012. The three candidates are Rep. Westmoreland, Kent Kingsley, and Chip Flanegan. This is an important event, and committee members are pleased that Barnesville has been chosen to host it. The debate will be held within the Lamar County School's Fine Arts Center, a state of the art facility located at 126 Burnette Road in Barnesville.
