Burglaries, thefts

A woman reported an air conditioner stolen from her home in the 100 block of Fuller Road. The unit is valued at approximately $1,500, according to a police report.

An employee of Pony Express Market reported a shoplifting incident at the store, located at 1891 Vernon Road. She said she saw someone take candy and beer from the store and was unable to catch them when she tried, according to a police report.

Arrests

A man was arrested after he was allegedly seen stealing a GPS from a vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart, located at 803 New Franklin Road. Stephen James, 19, of LaGrange, was charged with entering auto, according to a police report.

Phillip Jackson, 20, of Brookstone Drive, was arrested and charged with burglary- forced-entrance of a residence.

Jeremy Murphy, 25, of Hutchinson Road, was arrested on possession of methamphetamine and criminal trespass charges.

Robert Reese, 41, of Carrollton, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.
