Genova makes dean’s list at Cornell
ITHACA, NY — Cornell University’s Kyle Genova, 2012 graduate of LaGrange Academy, has been placed on the dean’s list of the College of Arts and Sciences for excellence in scholarship for the fall 2012 semester.
The College of Arts and Sciences is Cornell University’s largest undergraduate college. It provides liberal arts education to its students, and its courses are also accessible to all other students at Cornell. The college’s faculty includes national and international leaders in their respective disciplines.
Locals graduate from Georgia Tech
ATLANTA — The Georgia Institute of Technology presented degrees to about 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students during the Institute’s 244th commencement exercises.
Local students who received diplomas were:
•Antoinette Biagi of LaGrange received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
•Ashley Hall of LaGrange received a bachelor’s degree in biology.
•Raymond Jabaley of LaGrange received a bachelor’s degree in science, technology and culture.
•Daniel Sweat of LaGrange received a bachelor’s degree in management.
•Erica Wolfe of LaGrange received a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
