Mr. Jerry Thomas of 118 Locust Street passed away Monday at West Georgia Health.

Mr. Thomas, a native of Troup County, was born November 14, 1955, and was the son of the late Eugene and Carrie Thomas. He attended East Depot High School and enjoyed fishing and baseball.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings: Rosa Ann Thomas, Willie Frank Thomas, and Patricia Thomas.

Survivors include his brother, Alonza Thomas; sister, Lois Thomas, both of LaGrange; aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, many cousins; dear friend, Burt Cannon and her son Tyson; and a very supportive friend, Perrin T. Thomas Sr.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, March 9, 2013, at noon in the chapel of the Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home. Dr. W. T. Edmondson will officiate. Burial will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
