Peter Mallory, the former owner of TV33 convicted in December on more than 60 counts of sexual exploitation of children, was expected to be sentenced this morning in Troup County Superior Court.
Mallory, 64, was found guilty after a weeks-long trial on Dec. 18 of 64 counts, including sexual exploitation of children, tampering with evidence and invasion of privacy. He has been lodged in Troup County Jail since the verdict.
At his sentencing, Mallory faces up to 20 years in prison on each of the 60 counts of sexual exploitation of children. Invasion of privacy carries a five year maximum sentence and tampering with evidence could mean 12 years in prison.
