
Troup High School student Jessica Morgan has taken her classroom lessons to heart and started a business. Capricious Creativity is an internet-based business that sells jewelry. She has pledged to donate a portion of her profit to a local charity. She became interested in jewelry while attending classes at 809 Gallery.
