The threat of sequestered funds has made many government agencies look hard into their budgets for the next fiscal year. With its 10th Street corridor plan underway, West Point City Council now will tackle a master plan for its downtown. Aaron Fortner, a planner with Atlanta-based Market and Main, said the process will be similar to the one that created the 10th Street plan. Market and Main tackled that plan in 2010.
