A teenager has been charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly shot a man in the arm. According to a LaGrange Police Department press release, officers responded to the area of Johnson Street at 12:36 a.m. Monday in reference to a person that had been shot. After outcry, Hogansville will lower utility rates
Hogansville City Council voted Monday night to give residents and small commercial customers a break on their electric rates after high bills issued in March led to a number of complaints.
