The LaGrange-Troup County Chamber of Commerce’s Public Policy Division will present its second informational and candidate forum at 6 p.m. tonight at West Georgia Technical College’s Callaway Conference Center, 220 Fort Drive, LaGrange, in an effort to inform local voters prior to the July 31 election.
Tonight, candidates for the Georgia House of Representatives — Randy Nix, Carl Von Epps, Kip Smith, John Pezold — and for Superior Court Judge — Emory Palmer & Kevin McMurry — will participate. The event will be moderated and end no later than 7:30 pm.

The schedule is as follows:
July 12: County Commission and Tax Commission candidates
July 17: Board of Education candidates
July 19: Sheriff, probate judge and solicitor general candidates
All sessions will be held 6 p.m. at the Callaway Conference Center of West Georgia Technical College, 220 Fort Drive.
