Burglaries, thefts

Someone broke into Church’s Chicken at 213 New Franklin Road and stole $400 and a Galaxy 4 smart phone valued at $170.

A resident of the first block of Sportsman Club Road near Hogansville reported that someone broke into his home and stole $350.

A LaGrange man said someone caused $3,012 damage to his Nissan SUV by pouring a chemical into the gas tank.

A burglar entered a home in the 500 block of Teaver Road and stole unspecified items.

Someone took a tool box valued at $1,800 from a truck parked in the 2500 block of Whitesville Road.

Arrests

Two men were arrested while walking on Highway 29 near Hogansville with backpacks full of stolen car parts.
