The Troup County Board of Education is expected Thursday to approve its school improvement plan for 2012-2015.
The plan will include a “systematic, big-picture” plan for the system. Some parts of the plan include more assessments of classroom performance before students start taking tests, providing more information to the community through mediums like social media and improving internal program evaluations, among other plans.
“This is a very important document for the future of Troup County,” said Troup County School System Superintendent Cole Pugh.
