Emma Bellamy passed away Thursday, January 31, 2013, at LaGrange Hospice.

Mrs. Bellamy was born July 4, 1932, in Harris County, Georgia to the late Anderson Smith and Carrie Bell Hopkins.

Survivors include five children: Minnie (James) Hutchinson, West Point, GA; Emma Jean Hardy, LaGrange, GA; Anderson Smith, Jr., Morrow, GA; Patricia (Amery) Mitchell, Columbus, GA; Gloria (Tracey) Clark, LaGrange, GA; 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren; four brothers, Willie Robert Smith, Hamilton, GA; Henderson (Evelyn) Smith, Atlanta, GA; Emerson (Betty) Smith, LaGrange, GA; and Lester Smith, Pine Mountain, GA; one sister, Bessie Bridges, Buena Vista, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and relatives.

The Funeral Service will be Monday, February 4, 2013, at 3:00 PM at Smith Chapel U M Church with Rev. Donny Alexander officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
