Mrs. Dorothy Robertson Robinson, 91, of Hogansville, died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at Twin Fountains Home.

Mrs. Robinson was born Jan. 5, 1922, in Lanett, AL, daughter of the late William Thomas Robertson and Estelle Holder Robertson. She was a lifelong resident of Hogansville, was a member of Highland Baptist Church, and retired from Uniroyal, Inc. after 45 years of service.

Survivors include her sons, Hewlette “Cookie” Cook and his wife, Tami, of Dalton, and Robbie Robinson of Hogansville; grandchildren, Leigh and Mickey Banks of Livingston, TX, Andrew and Jessica Cook of LaGrange; and great-grandchildren, Sam, A. J., Kobie, and Levi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vender R. Robinson.

Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with Rev. Randall Hodge officiating.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Baptist Church in Hogansville, or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
