706: City public works crews, members of local garden clubs and LaGrange city officials gathered outside City Hall on Friday for a brief Arbor Day ceremony.
708: The group pauses after the ceremony to plant hawthorne bushes in a small strip of landscaping on the edge of the City Hall parking lot. Two trident maple trees already had been planted.
