Thefts, Burglaries
• A man in the 200 block of Addie Street said that someone broke two windows of his residence and stole an Emerson flat screen TV valued at $800 and assorted clothing valued at $300.
• A woman in the 100 block of North Street said that someone stole a 32 inch Emerson flat screen TV valued at $400 from her residence. Entry was possibly made through an open window.
Financial Card Fraud
• A woman in the 200 block of Pine Street said that someone used Capital One credit card in her name and has charged $448 to the card.
