Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM / EST Wednesday, December 2 at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home Chapel in Valley, AL with Rev. Michael Hornsby and Rev. Jackie Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange. The family will receive friends this evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM / EST at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral home in Valley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Chattahoochee Hospice in his memory.
Mr. Hornsby was preceded in death by his father, John Nathan Hornsby, Jr.
Survivors include his mother, Cornelia Fincher of West Point, GA; his step-father, Jim Fincher of West Point, GA; three sisters, Connie (Bruce) Jessup of Chandler, AZ, Cathy (Randy) Looney of LaGrange and Kim (Jack) Hovey of Fortson, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home of Valley is handling arrangements.
