DeJaylen was born March 20, 2008 in Atlanta and was the son of TyKenya Franklin and Martez Johnson.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Tykenya Franklin; father, Martez Johnson; sister, Bre’Asia Franklin; grandmothers, Angela Charlene Franklin, LaToya Griggs; grandfathers, Travis Johnson, Lamar Middleton; great-grandmothers, Lilla Mae Truitt, Martha Griggs; uncle, Montavius Franklin; aunt, Yamari Griggs; other aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be Saturday at 2:30 PM at the Warren Temple United Methodist Church on East Depot Street. Rev. Titus Roberson will officiate. Burial will be in the Shadowlawn Cemetery.
The family will be at their home.
