Mrs. Patsy Louise Thompson, 64, of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013, at West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Thompson was born December 25, 1948, in LaGrange, daughter of Novis Maxwell and the late William P. Maxwell. She attended Lakeview Baptist Church and was the owner and a hairdresser at Kut N’ Kurl Beauty Salon.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband of 41 years, Warren (Buddy) Thompson, Jr. of LaGrange; nephew, Patrick Maxwell of Milledgeville; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy and Richard King and Betty Creamer of LaGrange; and Annette Bulat of Fortson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by a brother, William Paul Maxwell, and nephews, William Paul Maxwell II and Christopher Kevin Maxwell.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 Wednesday at the Hunter-Allen-Myhand Chapel with Rev. Richard King and Rev. Lamar Truitt officiating. Interment will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery. The family will be at the home of her sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy and Richard King, at 1105 Pyne Road, and receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00.
