Cassandra Denise Cameron Stinson passed away Sunday, June 24, 2012 at the West Georgia Health System, LaGrange, Georgia.

Cassandra was born January 5, 1966 in LaGrange, Georgia to Mrs. Diane Maddox Cameron and the late Charlie Cameron.

Cassandra was a dedicated and devoted mother and extended mother who spent endless hours and efforts building a life for her family. She sternly instilled the value of discipline into her children and lovingly shared the gift of caring with all who entered her life.

She was educated in the LaGrange Public Schools. She joined Rising Grove Baptist Church where she was a faithful choir member.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Terry Stinson.

In addition to her father, Charlie Cameron; she was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Ossie Maddox and Elizabeth Cameron; grandfathers, David Cameron, Sr. and Berry Lee Maddox.

Survivors include her husband, Terry Stinson; one daughter, Tiniah Stinson; extended children, Terry Stinson, Jr., ShaQuzaeyha Stinson, Tycorey Stinson, Quay Watkins; one god-son, DaShun Stinson; mother, Diane Maddox Cameron; god-mother, Betty (MaBetty) Dallas; one sister, Ashalon Cameron; four brothers, Dawayne Gates, Ricky (fiancé, Sheraton Smith) Maddox, Terry (Sue Ellen) Maddox, Charlie (Stephenia) Cameron; three brothers-in-law, four sisters-in-law; many special friends, special cousins, special Dialysis Family; a host of uncles, aunts, nephews , nieces, and other relatives.

The Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Warren Temple U M Church wtih Pastor Joanne Baskerville officiating. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
