Mrs. Sallie Ann Leach, age 75, of LaGrange, died on July 7, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Leach was born on March 13, 1937 in Providence, Rhode Island, daughter of the late Palmer C. and Dorothy Goodrich Williams. She attended the Averett College in 1956 and was a proud volunteer with the American Red Cross. A former employee of the Main Street Athletic Club, “Miss Sallie” took great joy in providing child care to the club’s patrons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Peggy Rhodes.
Loving wife and mother of three, Mrs. Leach is survived by her husband, Roy E. Leach; sons, Richard S. Macdonald, K.W. and JoAnne Leach and Bruce E. Leach; sisters, Jean Schoch, Dru Schoch; granddaughters, Amie and Erin Macdonald. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Red Cross.
