Funeral service for Ms. Jennifer H. Brooks, 49, formerly of Roanoke, Alabama, will be today at 2:00 p.m. from the Union Hill Baptist Church in Woodland, Alabama with Elder Charlie Garrett officiating. Burial will be in the Mount Carmel Cemetery. The remains will be at the church one hour prior to the service. Goodson Funeral Home, Inc. Roanoke Chapel will be directing.
Ms. Brooks leaves to cherish her memories her son; Antonio (Nicole) Holloway, four sisters; Sylvia (Charlie) Thurman of Bowdon, Georgia, Lynda Nelms of Valley, Alabama, Beverly Crowder of Roanoke, Alabama, and Ricey (Carl) Woodgett of Roanoke, Alabama, five brothers; Floyd (Thelma) Holloway of Bowdon, Georgia, Wayne Holloway of Woodland, Alabama, Richmond (Ann) Holloway of Hinesville, Georgia, Gilbert Holloway of Bowdon, Georgia, and Mark Holloway of Carrollton, Georgia, one grandson; Demonta Harris, a special sister; Cindy Gray; special friends, Michael Washington, Patricia Goolsby, and Shelia Dotson, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
