Hazel Lee Evans passed away Friday, November 2, 2012.

Mrs. Evans was born November 24, 1949 to the late Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Mary Cameron.

She was a member of Mt. Beulah Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Evans, Jr.; three children: Bernard Evans, Barvaria Smith (Kerry Smith), Toconna Evans; eight wonderful grandchildren, three beautiful great grandchildren, several brothers and sisters: Susie Sims, Charlie Cameron, Daisy McClendon, Ruth Hall, Ruth L. White, Nathaniel Cameron; special sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Danny Evans, Curtis Evans, Alice F. Ward, Florence Houston, Amy P. Torian, Bobbie Newsome, and Pastor Patricia A. Arnold; very special friends, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Funeral Service will be Friday, November 9, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Mt. Beulah Baptist Church with Rev. W. Craige Thornton officiating. Burial will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.
