Vincent Ford passed away November 22, 2012 in Columbus, Georgia.

He was born December 20, 1965 in LaGrange, Georgia to loving parents, Mrs. Sara Ford and the late, Mr. Frank Ford.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his two older sisters, Sylvia Ford and Rita Kelley; and an older brother, Osic Butler.

He joined New Beginning Baptist Church where he remained until his death.

Vincent graduated from LaGrange High School, Class of 1985. He was employed at Mountville Mills where he was a dedicated employee.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Sara Ford; five brothers, Melvin Thornton, Dayton, OH; Frank (Mary) Ford, Jr., William (Veronica) Kelley, Mike (Carol) Ford, Dwight (Cynthia) Kelley; three sisters, Quincy (John) Favors, Debbie Ford, all of LaGrange, GA; and Eunice Ford, Atlanta, GA; one aunt, Mrs. Sara Ford, New York, NY; one uncle, Mr. Charlie (Frankie) Daniel, Norcross, GA; a very special and devoted friend, Sabrina Wilson; and a special friend close as a brother, Sanford Andrews; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012 at 1:00 PM at New Beginning Baptist Church with Rev. William E. Harris officiating. Burial will follow at Shadowlawn Cemetery.
