LaGRANGE — LaGrange College will host its annual Fall Festival for the community 5–7 p.m. Thursday on the institution’s academic quad and library plaza.

The annual event, sponsored by the housing and student engagement offices, has become a student favorite, said Joe Strickland, South Quad Area Manager for housing.

“All of the games and booths are manned by our students,” he said. “They also conduct the trick-or-treating in Hawkes Hall. Every year, we hear how much they love interacting with the kids. It’s a fun and safe place for area children to celebrate Halloween. ”

Designed for children ages 3 to 10, the festival will feature supervised trick-or-treating, a costume contest, face painting, carnival games and an inflatable bounce house.

Admission is any nonperishable food item or monetary donation, with proceeds going to local food banks.
