Agnes Patterson passed away Friday at Twin Fountains Nursing Home.

She was born August 28, 1931 to the late, Adel and Sallie Harris in Odessadale, Georgia.

She joined the Zion Hill Baptist Church at an early age and later became a member of New Beginning Baptist Church.

Before her health declined, she was a Domestic worker and she specialized in making cheese straws. She showed so much love to so many people.

Survivors include her son, Sammy L. (Shirley) Moore; four grandchildren, Clen Delaney, Stephanie Ray, Richard (Tiffany) Williams, III and Shanovia (Kevin) Daniel; a special niece, Ida Ann Bray; and a host of nieces, nephews, a special loved one, Scottie Davis; ten grandchildren and so many friends whom loved her.

The Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday at 11:00 at New Beginning Baptist Church. Pastor William Harris will officiate. Burial will follow at Southview Cemetery.
