Charlie Washington Cochran

Mr. Charlie Washington Cochran, age 80, of LaGrange, passed away on Oct. 25, 2017, at the WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.
Mr. Cochran was born on Oct. 8, 1937, in Hickman County, Tennessee to the late Harvey Ray Cochran and Hazel Deal Cochran. He was an entrepreneur, owning and operating several businesses throughout the years. Most recently, he was the owner of Cochran Construction Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Charles Randall Cochran.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Marie Cosper Cochran; daughters, Melissa Kim Pecorino (Kim McCormick) and Kelli Michelle Millraney (Clark Millraney); step children, Anthony “Tony” Ivey and Wendy Lynn Wisener (deceased son in law, John); brothers, Tom Cochran, Jerry Martin, George Martin and Mike Martin; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be at 3 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2017, at the New Hope Baptist Church on Roanoke Rd., with the Rev. Mike Hornsby officiating.
