Mr. David Elliott Bailey, age 65, of Hogansville, passed away on Dec. 2, 2017, at the WellStar West Georgia Hospice after a lengthy battle with cancer.

Mr. Bailey was born on July 6, 1952, in LaGrange to Elliott G. Bailey and Frances Rivers Bailey.  His father preceded him in death along with a brother, Charles L. Bailey. He was a master electrician and co-owned and co-operated Industrial Electrical Supply until his retirement.

Survivors include his mother, Frances R. Bailey; brother, Roger D. Bailey and his wife Darlene; sisters, Karen Sinyard and her husband Mike and Pamela B. Kennemore; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; extended family and a host of friends.

Services for Mr. Bailey will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2017, at 2 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with the Rev. Mike Sinyard officiating. Family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service hour at the funeral home.  Interment will follow at the Restlawn Memory Gardens.
