Paul Williams

Paul Williams passed away Sunday.
He was born May 8, 1948, in Troup County, Georgia, to the late Mr. and Mrs. Mildred (Rosetta) Williams.
He was educated in the Meriwether Public Schools System and employed by Troup County Public Work Camp as a truck driver and Jones Construction Co. for many years until retirement.
He was an active member at Wilson Chapel UMC.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Vera Williams; two sons, Mr. Fredrick (Tahira) Williams of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Mr. Leroy Buckner of Sacramento, California; one daughter, Ms. Beverly Williams of Greenville, Georgia; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Mr. James Williams of South Carolina; one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Alexander of Atlanta, Georgia; four sisters-in-law, Mildred George, Cuba Murphy, Ruby Williams of Hamilton, Georgia, and Leola Broughton of LaGrange, Georgia; one brother-in-law, Early Oneal of Cataula, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The service will be Saturday at noon at Wilson Chapel UM Church.

The family will be at their home at 390 Maddox Drive, Hamilton.
