Mr. William Christopher Brown, age 60, of West Point, passed away on June 11, 2018, at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.  Mr. Brown was born on Feb. 12, 1958, in LaGrange, to Billie Joe Brown and Peggy June Browning Brown. 

His father preceded him in death as well as his grandparents, Arthur and Annie Lou Browning, Garfield Brown and Margie Brock.  Mr. Brown was a talented Furniture Maker for B.J.’s Quiet Country Barn. 

In addition to his mother, survivors include his children, Christy Jones and her husband Mark, Heather Lance and her husband Earnest; brothers, Butch Brown and his wife Melanie, Nicholas John Paul Browning; grandchildren, Adam, Josh, D.J., Krista, Kelsey, Kallie, Tre, Byron, Dylan and Jordon; great grandchildren, Mayson, Anslee, Millie, Aidan, Cannon, Paisley, Lake, Ellie and Emma; nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, extended family and friends. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at 6 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with Elmer McCoy officiating. 

Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
