On Friday afternoon, CharterBank on South Davis Road was robbed. According to police, the suspect gave a bank teller a note demanding money.

The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of cash and quickly left the scene. As of Monday afternoon, no one has been arrested in the case.

The video is clear and gives a very good look of the robber, so police are hoping someone recognizes him.

The community has shown in past incidents that it’s very helpful in these type scenarios. An example of that is when two inmates escaped from the Troup County Jail last month.

The police could once again use help identifying the man responsible in this incident.
