Mr. Randall Shane Nave, age 46, of LaGrange, passed away on Sept. 22, 2018.  Shane was born on Oct. 8, 1971, in LaGrange to Edward Frank Nave and Elaine Steel Nave. He worked for Milliken for 25 years in the engineering and mechanical department.  Shane’s playground was West Point Lake and other than being with family, he loved being there.  

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Isaiah Steele; paternal grandparents, Robert Bruce Nave and Maida Nell Nave. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children, Randall Isaiah Nave, Shane Colton Gildy Clines, Katie Michelle Moore (Brian), Kandace Karolann Nave, Keirra Nancy Lynn Clines; step-son, Dilan Whitley; brother, Edward Scott Nave (Gina); sister, Staci Amanda Veal (Chuck); grandchildren, Riley Amelia Moore, Karoline Michelle Moore and Ryan Andrew Moore; grandmother, Tommie Lou Vaugh Steele; uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and a host of friends. 

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the Baptist Tabernacle with the Rev. Jimmy McMillian and the Rev. Sid Shelnutt officiating. Family will receive friends on Thursday at the church from 11 a.m. until service hour. Interment to follow at the Centralhatchee Baptist Church.
