On March 30, the M&KK Foundation celebrated its fifth anniversary by hosting its annual 5K and free community health fair at Granger Park. The event included games, prizes and had fun supporting diabetes education and awareness.

The guest speaker was Audrey Denise McCray of LaGrange, who shared her personal journey from renal dialysis to kidney transplant. This year’s event also included the inception of the Marcus Kelley Living the Dream Scholarship Fund, which is eligible to high school seniors and registered college students.
