Mrs. Selvwyn Sheppard Scarborough, 82, of LaGrange, passed away on Dec. 30, 2020. 

Mrs. Scarborough was born on Sept. 29, 1938 in LaGrange to the late Grover Sheppard and Edith Stephens Sheppard.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Sheppard and two sisters, Paula McClain and Cheryl Kniffen. 

Survivors include her children, Howard Lane Scarborough, Jr. and his wife Christy and Donna White and her husband Ricky; brother, Melvin Sheppard (Linda); sisters, Annette Reason (Oliver), Janice Shelnutt (Sid), Mary Reese (Frank) and Martha Curtis (Danny); grandchildren, Adam Scarborough (Caroline), Laura Cummings (Jason), Scott Scarborough (Toni-Lee) and Will Scarborough; ten great grandchildren; extended family and friends. 

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Meadoway Gardens with her brother-in-law, Rev. Sid Shelnutt officiating.  Family and friends will assemble at the graveside.
