Mr. Mark Woodard, 65, of LaGrange, passed away on Feb. 16, 2021.  He was born on March 3, 1955 in LaGrange, Georgia to the late Elvert Lawrence Woodard and Margaret Beam Woodard.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Woodard; sister, Vickie (Don) Gillespie of Houston, Texas; nieces, Kellie Moseley of North Richland Hills, Texas, Jessica (Aaron) O’Connell of Austin, Texas and Lauren (Brian) Gillespie and great nephew, Geoffrey of Magnolia, Texas; aunt, Helen Cash and several cousins.

Mr. Woodard attended the University of Georgia and graduated from LaGrange College.  He was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan.

He was a member of Dunson Baptist Church. He was blessed with many, many friends and was a joy to be around.

There will be a private family service as well as a memorial service at a later date.
