FLOYD LUKE, JR.

1951-2021

Mr. Floyd Luke, Jr. passed away Saturday at WellStar WGMC.

He was born March 24, 1951 to Floyd Luke, Sr. and Juliaett Lewis Luke in Franklin, Heard County, Georgia.

He was educated in Heard County, Georgia and attended both Mary Johnson School and Heard County High School; where he played basketball.

 Floyd was formerly employed by Goodyear and Milliken and Company’s Unity Plant.

 Survivors include his children:  Nykki Johnson, Floyd Luke, III, Chris Garrett and Tessica Garrett; grandchildren; brothers:  Calvin (Evalena) Luke and Nathaniel Luke; sisters:  Laura Luke, Tammy Person, Teledder Autrey; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Southview Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home on Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m.
