Philip Alton Beasley passed away Monday at LaGrange Nursing and Rehab.

He was born May 6, 1969, in LaGrange, Georgia to loving parents, Luther and Daisy Beasley.

He united with Louise United Methodist Church, graduated from Troup High School, Class of 1988; and was previously employed by  West Georgia Medical Center and the Troup County School System.

Survivors include his parents, Luther and Daisy Beasley, Mountville; brothers and sisters:  Michael (Chantel) Elliott, Atlanta; Ricky (Pamela) McCutcheon, Smyrna; Shawn Beasley, Atlanta; Gary (Adeline) Beasley, Fayetteville; Christopher Beasley, Kenya (Clifford) Johnson, Latez Beasley, all of LaGrange; step-sister, Trina Shields, Hogansville; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends in the Chapel of  Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral  Home on Sunday from 2 p.m. -7 p.m. The service will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Lakes-Dunson-Robertson.

Interment will follow at Beasley Family Cemetery. The excellent care of Mr. Beasley is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
