John David Stroud, Jr., 17, of LaGrange, passed away on June 23, 2021. John David was born on Mach 4, 2004 in Montgomery, Alabama. He was an upcoming senior at LaGrange High School where he will be greatly missed by a great number of friends and classmates. Survivors include his father, John David Stroud, Sr.; mother, Allison Moore Harris and her husband Scott; brothers, Spencer Stroud and Wilson Stroud; step-brother, Eli Harris; step-sister, Sidney Harris; grandparents, Carol and David Moore, Vivianne and Jimmy Williams; step-grandmother, Sandra Harris; aunts and uncles, Dan and Jennifer Krammer and Meredith and Tim Jordan; extended family and many friends. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, John W. Stroud and a step-grandfather, Wayne Harris. A time of visitation and celebration of the life of John David will be held on Saturday from 3:00-6:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand, 506 Hill Street, LaGrange.
