Troup High School celebrates homecoming Friday, October 1, 2021. The homecoming queen, king, and class princesses will be crowned during halftime of the Tigers’ game against Kendrick.
Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at Callaway Stadium at 801 Dallis St.
Candidates chosen by the student body for the 2021 Homecoming Senior Court are Sarah Blanks, Ty’ronkeisha Davidson, Kamia Dunn, Na’Asia Fitzpatrick-Hart, John’Neicya Gilliam, Sophia Pacelli, I’China Penn, Ki’mora Riggins, Casey Sani, Addison Sapp and Jada Shealey.
Senior king candidates are Darquavious Hightower, Kullum Irvin and Demontae Reed.
Underclassmen representative court nominees include Juniors Sage Loftin Caroline McInvale and Trinity-Zion Perkins; Sophomores Hadilee Arnold, Erin Leslieand Haven Montney; and Freshmen Lacey Holmes, Madison Murphy and Alajiah Upshaw.
Students will vote for the 2021 Homecoming King and Queen and underclassmen princess’ after an assembly on Friday morning.
