Officers with the LaGrange Police Department are investigating the shooting on Brookstone Drive that left one man severely injured.

On Friday, officers with the LPD responded to a call in regards to a subject shot in the 400 Block of Brookstone Drive.

Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, a 20-year-old male, at 1001 Hogansville Road, who advised that while in the 400 block of Brookstone Drive, three males approached his vehicle.

An altercation occurred and resulted in the victim being shot several times.

Upon further investigation by the Criminal Investigations Section, officers arrested a 15-year-old. As of Monday, this case is under investigation with the Criminal Investigations Section.

As of Monday, the relationship between the victim and the suspects is still under investigation.
